Move better. Feel Stronger. Every day.
The first adjustable exercise bar that turns any standard doorway into a versatile platform for full-body strength, functionality, and dynamic decompression.
Why Reach?
Traditional pull-up bars ask you to lift your entire body weight.
Reach lets you adjust the bar to your body, so you can build strength, improve mobility, and decompress your spine while keeping your feet on the floor.
It's a completely new way to move.
• Adjustable to 48 positions
• Feet stay on the floor
• Full-body movement
• Dynamic decompression

– Wed, Aug 05, 2026 at 09:14:45 AM
Hello Reach Backers,
I wanted to take a moment to thank every one of you again for helping make the Reach Bar a reality. Your support has allowed us to move from prototypes and tooling into full production, and we're excited to be getting closer to putting Reach Bars into your hands.
Our next step is to collect everyone's shipping information. To help us do that we'll be using BackerKit, a trusted fulfillment service used by thousands of Kickstarter creators.
In the next week or so, you'll receive an email from BackerKit asking you to review your pledge and complete your shipping information. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
Once you've completed your survey, BackerKit will send you a follow-up email with your exact shipping cost and a simple, secure way to pay it.
We're making great progress, and completing this shipping information survey will help us keep fulfillment on schedule.
Thank you again for believing in this project and for being among the very first members of the Reach Revolution.
Talk to you again soon,
Tom G Founder
PS. If you don't receive a BackerKit email within the next week or so, don't worry—we'll post another update here on Kickstarter with instructions before surveys close.
Reach Bar Test Production Run Update
– Wed, Jul 29, 2026 at 10:53:31 AM
Hi Guys,
As I mentioned in our last update, the first shots out of the molds are complete. We sent a set off to the certification lab and I got my samples last week. I've put the Reach Bar through it's paces and I'm excited to say it's super strong and perform great! I did make a couple of minor changes - nothing major - and since we're waiting on lab certification they should not hold up production in any way.
Once the Reach Bar is certified, it's on to production! That will take a week or so, then it's about 3 weeks on the water before we can actually ship final product to you. So there's still a bit of time to go. I'm sorry about that, but some things just can't be rushed.

Thank you all for your support and patience. It won't be long now.

Reach Bar Update - First Shots - 7/6/26
– Mon, Jul 06, 2026 at 07:23:12 AM
Hi Guys. I hope everyone had a happy 4th of July. Last week we saw images of the Reach Bar's "first shots", these are the first samples produced by injecting molten material into the newly created molds. ( As some of you may know, all of the models you've seen up until now were created with 3D printing.) These first shot samples are a critical test of the molds themselves - and they give us our first chance to see if the actual product matches and performs like the CAD models. The really good news is that everything looks really good. You'll notice in the included image that the colors are a bit wacky... that's because this first run is really mostly about making sure the molds are working correctly. This week we'll be producing samples with the actual black and white coloring you're used to.
I'm continuing to develop the initial instructions that will come with your Reach bar so that you have the best possible experience right out of the box. And speaking of the box I'm also attaching a couple of images of what the box will look like - feel free to let me know what you think.
We're hoping to have production samples in the hands of the testing lab next week. They are going to put the Reach Bar through it's paces and make sure it performs as well as we think it will. That will take a week to 10 days... but after that our performance will be independently certified and that's something that is important to us - and for you as well - as we move forward.
Barring any surprises in testing, it's on to final production, packaging and shipping from China to the west coast (which in itself can take as much as three weeks). That puts us somewhere around the end of August when our fulfillment company will be sending them directly to you.
I do apologize for how this schedule has shifted over time. I've really tried to be as transparent as possible, but frankly so many of the phases of this process have just taken eaten up more time than I had anticipated. But, as we get closer, the estimates are firming up, and I'll try to keep you all in the loop as things are completed.
Thank you all for your support, and your patience.

Reach Bar Tooling Update
– Tue, Jun 16, 2026 at 07:54:04 AM
Hi Guys,
So the tooling is just about finalized on the Reach Bar - we're a bit late on that, having missed a 6/10 deadline. But we are scheduled at the moment to see the first shots out of the molds next week, so we're excited about that. I'll attach some shots of the tooling in process below.
On a separate note, I also had a brief visit to the hospital again, this for an infection that required oral surgery. But you'll be happy to know I was able to keep up with my Reaching exercises - much to the dismay of the nurses.
Fortunately, our manufacturing team has been forging ahead in my absence and making good progress.
We're getting there guys.
One final thing. I'm going to attach a page from the instructions we're looking to include with your Reach Bar. These will ultimately be paired with video instructions available online, but feel free to give them a look and let me know what you think.
As always, I appreciate your support and patience.
Thanks.

Reach Bar end of May Update
– Fri, May 29, 2026 at 06:47:46 AM
Hi Guys,
So the tooling side of this venture has taken a fair amount more time than we anticipated. It's at least partially my fault because I made some changes to that seemed minor enough, but the back and forth between our design, product and design people has eaten up weeks - and the process is on-going.
The changes made were all about enhancing the performance of the Reach Bar and making it more user friendly - both to install and to use. And I believe they were worthwhile. I'm just sorry making them has delayed the production.
My role in this has been inventor, designer and marketer. We have really great partners on the manufacturing side of things and honestly, I don't want to push them needlessly.
My first priority is doing everything possible to make sure the Reach Bar that we put in your hands - and mine - is everything we all want it to be. Strong, safe, fully functional and ready to help us all become more fit, flexible and functional.
I've mentioned a minor personal health glitch I had right after launch - it has not in any way effected the production process, but I'll admit it has been a distraction for me personally from time to time.
But I've just completed the installation instructions that will be included with your Reach Bar. It's such a simple device and really not difficult at all to install. Before launch we will also be creating a companion video that will take you through the installation - and you'll be able to access this and other videos through our YouTube channel - or a by scanning a QR code.
Next I'm working on an instruction booklet for some of the new "Reaching" exercises you'll be doing with your bar. It's funny, just like the Reach Bar is a new invention - these exercises are really a new type of exercise. We will start you off with a group of exercises done with the bar at your own head height. This new bar position - unique to you and your body - is really the introductory step in a new kind of full-body, decompression exercises that I truly believe are life-changing.
We also plan to have companion videos - free to watch - that will take you further along. Showing how to use the bar at other body-specific heights, such as shoulder, chest, and waist. And new exercises, movements and positions that literally cannot be done without a Reach Bar.
And finally, the Reach Bar is truly a new kind of fitness tool, and I'm sure many of you will find ways to use the Reach Bar based on your own athletic, fitness and therapeutic experiences. I'm hoping many of you will share your experiences with the rest of us via social media.
So I apologize for not communicating as much as I'd have liked - but trust we are fully concentrated on getting the Reach Bar manufactured well - and shipped as soon as possible - probably in July at this point... sorry.
